It’s a bit unrelated but let me see if by answering this one very question I can get to the heart of what sparks and embers whatever flames we get to be able to share with certain persons while we get to label others “Wet Balnket$”.

You see I was thinking about how the thoughts of people get to change with times, seasons, trends, places and new information and/or technology. I was thinking along the lines of the amount of inspiration lost due to inaction or second guessing my self or my words in expression and interaction both in writing and in speech, and although that might mean I’m tending towards perfectionism, I ask myself why sometimes I compose an entire witty word, oxymoron, paradox or an entire blog post in writing or a proposal to a prospect and for some reason I won’t send. It’s like an analyst I heard one time criticize Obama once when he refused to give an order even when it was all in place and he said something like ready aim aim… and the fire never came.

I ask myself why? Then I think about what I’m thinking about in those moments and then I realize I’m thinking about all the possible things this person could be thinking and that’s a whole lot of thinking, useful or useless because for the most part I’d never know for sure what another person is thinking, I may only get a sense of their thinking and try to relate to that but when it comes to digital prints for example our thoughts are very powerful when put down because for example I have poured out since I started writing ✍️? almost like a fountain ⛲️ non stop and I just know when I come back to this another time when my mind is more calm I’d pick a lot more sense from this which I could then remake into something that will get more out of this. And maybe at that time if someone didn’t really by think much of my initial works they’d give it more attention almost in fomo when they get juiced with the deeper works.

To answer my question again let me put it this way. I try to pick my words carefully when I meet a new girl and that’s only bcos I care what she thinks if I already have her in my power base I won’t care so much what she thinks and I’d be more freely expressive. Which is what we probably all aim for while still communicating EFFECTIVELY. same with a new business prospect. We care what others think of us so we can watch our steps to necessarily put our best feet forward.

Now finally to answer the prompt, the degree to which a person is concerned about what others think of him will help me determine just the right color sequence of red flag to assign him/her.

Care too much a different grade of red

Care too little a different shade of red.

It also pays to pay attention to the pink. They look rosy now but do they turn red later on. You may also want to think outside the box ? ?.  Maybe a red flag is what you need on your territory but only if you have the wisdom to voluntarily go through the temporary colonialism.
